About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal Professional to join our team at Steven C. Frazier Attorney at Law.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Attorneys: Providing administrative support to our attorneys, including preparing documents, conducting research, and investigating facts.
  • Maintaining Records: Accurately recording and storing client information, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Maintaining awareness of state and federal regulations, ensuring our firm remains compliant and up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Working closely with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience as a paralegal or in a related legal field.
  • Strong Research Skills: Excellent research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex information.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
