Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical coverage, mentoring, and leadership to ensure exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations and Director of Clinical Services to identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, and patient satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Maintain and leverage relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth.
  • Staff Management: Assist in managing center staffing and adjustments for unforeseen coverage needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Medical Degree: Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction and unrestricted DEA license.
  • Experience: Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative, and Flexibility.
  • Skills: Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Leadership: Ability to supervise, evaluate, coach, and develop staff.
