We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge Associate to join our team at Flexcar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they place an order to the return of their vehicle.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch service to our members, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise during their interaction with us.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and swift issue resolution.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Flexcar's services, features, and processes to provide accurate information to our members.

We offer a competitive salary of $24 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 60 hours of PTO, 401(k) matching, paid family leave, and discounted employee rates on Flexcar products.
