Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Clerk to join our team at Greenstone Electrical Services LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter data into various software programs using quality control methods.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including organizing and filing documents, both physically and electronically.
  • Prepare and create relevant reports as needed.
  • Organize work to stay on task with multiple projects.
  • Perform other administrative/clerical duties as requested by the Company.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of clerical experience or related office experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in EXCEL.
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Comfortable with office equipment, including a computer, telephone, scanner, calculator, and photocopier.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

The physical demands of this job include regular talking and hearing, frequent sitting, standing, walking, and using hands to handle and feel objects. The work environment is typically an office/warehouse/storage environment with a controlled temperature.
