Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment, power injectors, and other medical devices to produce high-quality scans for diagnostic and invasive procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT equipment and other medical devices to produce high-quality scans
  • Provide quality care to patients receiving diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures
  • Prepare patients for procedures using proper sterile technique
  • Communicate patient needs and responses through verbal and written correspondence
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient care
  • Assume responsibility for direct care of patients during procedures
  • Provide quality care to patients during procedures
  • Assist with patient and family education
  • Support research and related activities as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
  • Registered with the ARRT
  • CPR certification
  • Minimum of two years of experience, with one year in CT
  • Advanced certification in CT preferred
