Foundry Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our manufacturing team as an Iron Molding Specialist. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our iron parts manufacturing operations. As an Iron Molding Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the daily operations of our company.

With 150 years of experience in the industry, OSCO Industries, Inc. is a leading USA-made iron parts manufacturer dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We specialize in cast gray-iron molding using green sand and shell sand molding processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn on the job and possess good communication skills. Prior experience operating fork-truck lifts is a plus. If you have the skills and experience we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.

• Perform manual tasks to support the daily operations of our company.

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following documented process instructions.

• High-school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various environmental conditions.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Safety focus and willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
• Ability to follow documented process instructions and maintain attention to detail.

• Incentive Pay on top of Base Wages: $15.00-$18.00 per hour.
