About the JobThis role involves ensuring our patrons receive the best and highest quality consultations and guidance with regard to their medical cannabis needs. The successful candidate will lead by example, mentor and motivate managers and store staff, adhere to company policies and state regulations, and conduct consultations and follow-ups. Strong team management and personal communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities- Lead by example through being the ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace, and energy
- Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire managers and store staff through continual training on compliance, products, and company best practices
- Conduct over-the-phone and in-person consultations and follow-ups to ensure patients and caregivers receive accurate and helpful information in a caring and compassionate way
- Guide patients and employees with cannabis recommendations including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration
- Active Virginia Pharmacy license and registration with the Board of Pharmacy
- Strong compliance and regulation attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and focused
- MS Office proficient with the ability to utilize and navigate multiple software platforms
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefit packages, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, paid holidays, and 401(k). You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development.
