The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on injection molding equipment, robots, and other machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions on a variety of machines, including pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections and document results to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations.
- Process Optimization: Adjust assembly machine units to optimize production operations and improve efficiency.
- Electrical Controls: Repair and maintain electrical controls on equipment, including servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines and devices.
- Robotics: Repair robot arms and controls, including replacing bad boards, motors, encoders, etc.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform weekly, monthly, and as required preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 3+ or more years of experience in a technical, hands-on position.
- Skills: Experience with injection molding, PLC programming, and troubleshooting (AB, Koyo, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.), as well as knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
