At CHEF'S ROMA KITCHEN, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Culinary Artisan to join our team as a Prep Cook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items in accordance with recipes and established standards.
• Kitchen Maintenance
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of the kitchen, including food handling and storage.
• Team Collaboration
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating and coordinating with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Culinary Experience
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant culinary role.
• Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation regulations, and kitchen safety.
  • Able to handle multiple food orders simultaneously and work under pressure efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Education and Certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education or training is a plus.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
