About the Role

The Cleanliness Specialist at Planet Fitness - Duo Fit, LLC is responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of our facilities. This is a key position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Restock supplies and paper products as needed.
  • Assist with special events and projects as required.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and members regarding maintenance and upkeep.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Cleaning or maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
