**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN to join our team at our top-rated outpatient dialysis center in Maryland. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
* Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their unique needs and develop effective care strategies
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

**Requirements:**

* Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland
* 1+ year of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
