Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to fill the role of Porter and Groundskeeper at Vista Sun in Vista, CA.

As a Porter and Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for daily cleaning and removing trash from common areas, sweeping, mopping, washing windows, and vacuuming.

You will also be required to perform light maintenance work, such as touching up painting and replacing light bulbs in common areas.

The ideal candidate will have excellent cleaning skills and some handyman skills, with the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.
