Position Overview:
Corteva Agriscience is looking for an Industrial Electrical Technician to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure the functionality of company machinery, including electrical systems, mechanical components, instrumentation, control devices, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct electrical repairs and routine inspections of equipment, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Lead and oversee the electrical safety initiatives for the maintenance team.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve any electrical or mechanical issues that arise.
- Comply with all quality assurance and safety regulations, including environmental standards and OSHA guidelines.
- Propose enhancements for safety through electrical initiatives and process modifications, including the integration of new devices and hardware.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Essential Skills:
- Proficient understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC) and its application.
- Minimum of two years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Passion for working with machinery and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various environmental conditions.
- Valid US Driver's License is necessary.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a willingness to learn company-specific software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest health and safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or completion of a two-year technical program in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
- Possession of a journeyman license.
- Familiarity with work order and inventory management systems.
- Experience with Automation and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Background in industrial maintenance of production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar systems for managing work orders and inventory.
