Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patients' specific needs and goals. You will also be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and providing counseling and support.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, including patient progress, goals, and interventions. You will also be required to collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Experience in health care and in a psychiatric setting
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
