Café Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken.

• Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring member satisfaction is our top priority.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, helping educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring shelves are clean, and merchandise is properly stocked and rotated.
• Food Safety: Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our members.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety Certification: Possession of a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
