Position Overview:

  • Schedule: Flexible 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts.
  • Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Work Environment: Standard Ambulatory Clinic focused on patient-centered care.
  • Responsibilities: Providing acute care, conducting annual wellness exams, managing follow-up visits, performing surgical clearances, and addressing hospital and ER follow-ups. Additionally, the physician will handle triage calls and collaborate with nursing staff for after-hours support.
  • Required Skills: Proficiency in wound care, ear lavages, suturing, and cryotherapy.
  • Technology: Familiarity with Cerner EMR system.
  • Support Team: Work alongside a dedicated Medical Assistant, Front Office Assistant, and Registered Nurse.

Qualifications:

  • Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
  • Possession of an active AZ medical license or IMLC.
  • DEA registration is required.
