Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Kaiser Permanente. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Serve as a leader of the healthcare team, delegating tasks appropriately and demonstrating accountability.
- Nursing Process: Develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring patient safety and effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, utilizing computer systems effectively and efficiently.
- Clinical Outcomes: Participate in departmental performance improvement activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
- Workplace Safety: Adhere to Kaiser Permanente's Workplace Safety principles and practices, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Patient Care Experience: Provide exceptional patient care, prioritizing customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Team Commitment: Collaborate with the healthcare team, actively participating in departmental activities and contributing to a positive work environment.
- One (1) year recent experience in Critical Care or successful completion of a KP Critical Care course or approved equivalent within prior twelve (12) months.
