Poultry Processing Sanitarian

Foster Farms is seeking a dedicated Poultry Processing Sanitarian to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our poultry processing facilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental health and safety principles and be able to apply this knowledge to ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly cleaned and maintained. This includes utilizing high-pressure hoses, cleaning solutions, and other specialized equipment to remove dirt, grime, and bacteria from production areas.

**Job Summary:**

• Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the production area
• Utilize high-pressure hoses, cleaning solutions, and other specialized equipment to remove dirt, grime, and bacteria
• Conduct daily cleaning schedules and ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly cleaned and maintained
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and address any potential sanitation concerns

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., sanitation, maintenance, operations)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
