Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of Arena Sports, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities
  • Become well-versed in all Arena Sports offerings to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with customers to answer questions and problem-solve.
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with customers in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Accurately process transactions, both cash and credit cards, using our Point of Sale and Scheduling platforms.
  • Serve food, beverages, and concessions (must obtain a Food Handlers and MAST permit).
  • Help maintain a clean facility.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • You must be a team player who is enthusiastic, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for all customers.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
