Compensation: Up to $24/hour

Job Summary
HiHealthCare is in search of dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Assistants, and Medical Assistants who are passionate about delivering exceptional nursing care to residents in long-term care or rehabilitation environments. This position necessitates a combination of clinical expertise, empathy, and collaborative spirit. As part of a healthcare team, the CNA or NA will be responsible for measuring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), facilitating mobility and repositioning, and performing various other tasks as required. While this role is primarily per diem, there are opportunities for occasional to full-time hours.

Qualifications Required
  • Completion of Nurse Aide Training from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a CNA, NA, or HHA.
  • Current CNA certification from the State of Hawaii (if applicable).
  • Capability to implement the patient's care plan effectively.
  • Adept at observing and reporting changes in the patient's condition.
  • Certification in BLS and First Aid.
  • Successful completion of drug screening and criminal background checks.
  • Clearance for TB testing.
  • N95 fit test clearance.
