We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as VP Flavors NA - Global Growth Strategy Leader. This is a key role that will be responsible for defining and executing the global growth strategy for our flavors business in North America.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Global Growth Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead Business Development Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and expansion.
- Manage Regional P&L: Oversee the financial performance of the regional flavors business, including revenue growth, profitability, and expense management.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
- Develop and Manage Budgets: Establish and manage budgets for regional flavors business, including capital expenditures and operating expenses.
- Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact the regional flavors business, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- 15+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the flavors or food ingredients industry.
- P&L Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to manage and drive revenue growth, profitability, and expense management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, develop and execute business plans, and drive results-oriented cultures.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
