Hospitalist Opportunities Available
A prominent healthcare organization is seeking Board Eligible and Board Certified Hospitalist physicians to join their team. The Hospitalists will work on a structured schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.
During each shift, there will be support from 1 swing shift physician, 1 nocturnist, and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) during the day, along with 1 APP at night. The average patient load is approximately 18, with 2 new admissions expected per shift.
This facility features a closed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and offers comprehensive support from Intensivists and an IV team, ensuring high-quality patient care. Additionally, there is an opportunity for those interested to engage in teaching Internal Medicine Residents.
While proficiency in Spanish is advantageous, it is not a requirement. The organization provides a competitive compensation package, which includes benefits such as a 401k plan, paid Continuing Medical Education (CME), malpractice insurance, and assistance with relocation.
