Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team at HR Partners, Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy Pulmonology office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Management: Efficiently check in and out patients to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Test Coordination: Order necessary tests and manage the pre-certification process for various procedures and medications.
  • Record Handling: Obtain and maintain accurate medical records for patient visits.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and manage voice messages to assist patients effectively.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect copayments and outstanding balances while reviewing insurance eligibility.
  • Referral Processing: Fax referrals and follow up on the status of test results.

Qualifications
