Key Responsibilities- Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and provide immediate notification to RNs and clinicians of any changes.
- Review patient information to determine normal heart rhythm patterns, current patterns, and prior variances.
- Work cooperatively as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a monitor tech course or passing score of 85% on a monitor tech competency exam.
- CRAT certification within 1 year of hire.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Experience as a monitor tech or in a related field.
- Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 for continuing education.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance available after day one.
