Our comprehensive support services encompass the Department of Defense's (DoD) systems, including GCSS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veterans Affairs' telehealth communications.
We specialize in acquisition management, systems engineering, Agile software development, cloud management, IT modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training, including advanced DevSecOps, automated testing, and mobile application development.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing expert knowledge in Marine Corps logistics, particularly in Requisition Management, receipt control, asset accountability, redistribution of materials, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for audit purposes.
- Conducting all activities in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the Marine Corps and MCSC G-4, ensuring accountability in both retail and enterprise-level inventory management.
- Delivering technical expertise in logistics, material, and supply chain management.
- Facilitating accountability in inventory activities across various units.
- Preparing and maintaining critical documentation to track significant events in the lifecycle of capital assets, from acquisition to final disposition.
- Documenting and reporting weekly tasks to provide insights into work volumes, achievements, risks, and challenges.
- Collaborating with team leads and government representatives to produce status reports and drive continuous process improvements.
- Understanding and addressing client support needs while working under pressure to meet task and mission objectives as part of a cohesive team.
Qualifications:
Required Experience and Education:
- A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in logistics.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps, particularly in property and requisition management.
Security Clearance:
Active Secret Clearance is required.
Travel Requirements:
The logistics support team will consist of 27 members, with travel requirements to ensure accountability and annual inventory assessments for assets outside the immediate area. Team members can expect to travel approximately 20-25 times per year, with individual trips averaging between 2-6 annually. Common travel locations include various military installations.
Travel may constitute up to 10% of the role.
