Cardiac Telemetry Nurse RN

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a Providence caregiver, you will have the opportunity to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Cardiac Telemetry environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying potential life-threatening arrhythmias and taking appropriate action.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
