Sales Associate

Position Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently processing sales of fuel and merchandise. This role involves maintaining product availability and ensuring the store operates smoothly and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Follow daily operational procedures to keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Prepare food and beverages, ensuring compliance with health standards.
  • Maintain a secure work environment by managing funds and reporting discrepancies.
  • Keep equipment clean and ready for high-demand products like coffee and fountain drinks.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the store, including floors, restrooms, and external areas.
  • Manage sales and compliance for age-restricted products.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Previous experience in retail sales and cash handling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to operate electronic cash registers and perform basic math.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work in various outdoor and in-store environments.
