Position Overview:
Critter Control Operations is in search of an enthusiastic and proactive Wildlife Sales Consultant to enhance our outreach and sales efforts. This position plays a vital role in broadening our clientele and fostering sales development.

The perfect candidate will possess a strong interest in wildlife management, exceptional communication abilities, and a demonstrated history of success in sales.


Key Responsibilities:
As a prominent provider of wildlife management solutions, Critter Control Operations (CCO) focuses on wildlife removal, exclusion, and damage repair for both residential and commercial properties. Our objective is to deliver safe, effective, and responsible resolutions to wildlife and pest challenges.

Attractive base salary with unlimited commission potential (Base: $26,000 Annually)

Projected annual earnings:
($80,000 - $100,000)

Daily Responsibilities:


Expand sales and cultivate new accounts within your designated territory by responding to leads and identifying new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties, including roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas.

Act as a solution provider for our clients, utilizing comprehensive training to determine the most effective solutions for each scenario.

Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts for wildlife removal and prevention services.
Manage payment collections and follow up on overdue balances.
Offer technical and logistical support to field personnel as required.
Conduct quality control visits and follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory service.
Build relationships with clients, sister companies, and external businesses to generate new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
Essential Skills for Success:

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel up to 10%
Availability to travel within 30 days of starting
Proven track record in outside sales, ideally in a related industry (pest control, roofing, construction, route-based businesses)
Ability to work independently in the field
Proficiency in various software applications; experience with Salesforce is beneficial

Work Environment:


Our work takes us where wildlife is present. Candidates must be physically capable of performing the following job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Must be able to drive to various locations, often covering extensive territories
Frequent walking, standing, and navigating diverse terrains, including uneven ground, stairs, roofs, and occasionally slippery or muddy areas
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, snow, etc.)
Must be able to safely climb stairs and ladders
Must be able to crouch, kneel, bend, and stretch regularly
Capability to carry and utilize equipment necessary for inspections and minor control measures (traps, ladders, inspection tools, etc.)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently
Clear verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
