Land Surveyor Specialist

Blew & Associates, P.A. is a leading national firm providing land surveying, engineering, and environmental services. With a rich history spanning over 130 years, we are seeking a skilled Professional Land Surveyor to contribute to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage survey technicians
- Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews
- Conduct detailed research at local, regional, and state levels
- Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerial photographs to identify project constraints
- Communicate with crew chiefs and operations team on a daily basis
- Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in California
- Additional state licensure in Oregon, Idaho, and Washington a plus
- Field and office experience in land surveying
- Attention to detail and ability to create new client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of leading and building a team
- Self-motivation, drive, and ability to work remotely
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey
- Proficiency with Quickbase for job status logging
