Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our location. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service to our customers while supporting the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and timely assistance to customers as they enter the store.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone in accordance with company standards.
  • Offer knowledgeable support regarding all products and services available in the store.
  • Assist management with external sales calls when required.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Encourage additional purchases to help customers complete their projects.
  • Engage in all training programs provided by the store.
  • Maintain merchandising standards as directed by management, including product and promotional displays.
  • Participate in store operations such as stocking shelves and assisting customers with their purchases.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance, maintain punctuality, and uphold a good attendance record.
  • Contribute to daily housekeeping tasks, including maintenance and organization of products.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to operational guidelines.
  • Complete all opening and closing tasks with precision.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
