Within the Resilient Communications Department at MITRE, you will play a vital role in the creation and deployment of advanced communication systems intended for military and global applications across multiple domains. Your responsibilities will encompass working with RF communications, networking, systems integration, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your knowledge in wireless communications and associated technical fields for diverse projects
  • Utilize laboratory equipment to evaluate and characterize communication systems
  • Perform performance assessments of RF systems through modeling and testing methodologies
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with less than one year of applicable experience
  • Capability to secure a DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance
  • Genuine interest in wireless communications, RF/analog hardware, and related fields
  • Familiarity with software tools and object-oriented programming
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with software-defined radios and digital signal processing
  • Expertise in designing and testing RF equipment
