Carrier is a leading provider of healthy, safe and sustainable building and cold chain solutions. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Rental Branch Associate to join our team in Billerica, MA.

About the Role

This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent technical skills and strong customer service skills. As an HVAC Rental Branch Associate, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems and issues, determining technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommending actions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and install rental portable A/C and heating equipment at customer sites.
  • Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend solutions to customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and fleet.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
