About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to build internal and external visibility with other lines of business within the organization, including Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Mortgage Lending, Insurance, and Wealth Management. You will also develop a network of internal and external centers of influence to enhance the client experience and exceed customer expectations.

Your primary focus will be on servicing the needs of high-net-worth individuals, providing full-service banking and growing a portfolio of simple and/or packaged product account relationships. You will consult with new and existing clients regarding their financial needs, identifying sales opportunities and following through to close deals.

You will also work directly with the MyBanker Team Leader to develop consistent and specific sales strategies, priorities, targets, performance standards, marketing plans, and accomplishments.

This role offers a salary range of $52,000 - $103,330 per year, depending on your level of experience. We value employee growth and development, offering opportunities for professional advancement within the company.
