Duties and Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team, responsible for visiting new construction job sites daily to confirm dry-ins or shingle installs are completed on the correct date. The successful candidate will also be required to close out jobs in Skedulo, refer to the new construction super SOP, and ensure installations meet Proformance Standards and builder expectations.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be responsible for following their assigned route in Skedulo per the new construction super SOP, returning excess material back to the warehouse from installations, and collaborating with the corporate purchasing team and branch General Management to ensure smooth operations.
  • This role involves open lines of communication with builders, relaying information back to routing and scheduling to ensure timely service delivery, and being proactive by asking for schedules in advance or checking sites for job readiness and confirming installations with the builder.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for soliciting feedback from builders, ensuring they know you were on site, and leaving job sites cleaner than when you arrived. A thank you note with appreciation will be appreciated by the client.
  • Additionally, the Construction Supervisor will check in with branch management twice a day, once in the morning and once at the end of the day prior to leaving.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $80,000 annually.
