Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Ramp Agent to join our team at MKE. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flights, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure on-time departures and arrivals by working effectively with our ground handling team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers and colleagues.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license (some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role).
  • 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
