Your Role
You will be responsible for providing high-quality vision care to patients, delivering routine vision care using evidence-based care guidelines, educating patients and store associates on eye health, and consulting with other health professionals to prepare patient care plans.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000-$200,000, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location, Sales Volume Category (SVC) based on facility sales volume, and Complex Structure based on external factors that create challenges. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance.
