Position Overview

INTEGRIS Health is on the lookout for a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Job Responsibilities

The Radiology Technologist will perform a variety of imaging procedures at a technical level that requires independent judgment and initiative. This role is essential in applying prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes.

Key Duties:

  • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report any malfunctions promptly.
  • Utilize safety devices to ensure maximum radiation safety for patients.
  • Perform necessary clerical tasks related to radiology requests.
  • Maintain orderliness in radiographic examination rooms.
  • Provide necessary care and safety for patients during their time in the radiology department.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Radiography certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 12 months of hire.
  • Current CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Physical Demands

This position requires:

  • Frequent dexterity and keyboarding.
  • Constant standing and walking.
  • Medium strength to lift and carry objects.
