Hiring for Housekeeping Supervisor at Campbell's Lodge Inc.

Estimated Salary: $16.75 - 17.50 per hour, plus incentives.

About the Role:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our resort. This includes assigning tasks, conducting daily inspections, and communicating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with front desk, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Lead by example, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Provide guidance and training to housekeeping staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience and supervisory skills preferred.
  • Ability to take direction and contribute to a team atmosphere.
  • Good listening and English verbal communication skills.
  • Able to safely lift 50 pounds, carry loads upstairs, and lift items overhead.
  • Flexibility to adapt schedules to meet business demands.
  • Possesses effective time-management skills.
  • Tendency towards thoroughness with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and fill out daily paperwork in English.
  • Must be able to pass a company-mandated background check.
