We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Machine Operator to join our team at Pro Resources Staffing Services. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring high-quality products, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate single and/or multiple machines to produce quality products, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and make minor repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Quality Control and Reporting: Conduct quality checks, document results, and provide accurate production reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Training and Development: Participate in an extensive training program to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous improvement and growth within the role.
- Shift Schedule: Work a 3rd shift schedule, 11:30pm - 7:00am, with the possibility of rotating shifts.
- Pay and Incentives: Earn a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for attendance bonuses and incentives for meeting production targets.
- Personal Protective Equipment: Wear steel-toed shoes, glasses, and earplugs, provided by the company, and adhere to uniform policies.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
