Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
- Current CPR certification required
- IV certification required if required by state regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
- BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
