Job Title: Financial Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis Manager to join our Enterprise Expense Management Team in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA.

About the Role:

The Financial Analysis Manager will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions. This includes managing the day-to-day support of the Enterprise FP&A (expense) team, processes, and framework, as well as providing Board and Executive level reporting around enterprise expenses & initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, long-term planning, and cost optimization processes
  • Provide Board and Executive level reporting around enterprise expenses & initiatives
  • Collaborate with various functional and divisional leaders to understand and manage cost, drivers, and value of services
  • Provide thought leadership, valuable data analysis, and business insights
  • Prepare and lead financial reviews with senior management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
  • 9 or more years of work experience in financial planning and analysis (corporate and operations) or related with demonstrated progression of responsibility
  • Proven history of fostering teamwork and collaboration across multiple functional areas with competing priorities
  • Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills required
  • A high level of initiative and critical thinking to formulate business issues into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions
