Key Responsibilities of the Laboratory Technician include:
· Conduct routine maintenance on laboratory equipment, including cleaning, sterilization, and calibration tasks.
· Keep accurate laboratory records in compliance with documentation standards.
· Assist in managing inventory, conducting inspections, scheduling cleanings, and restocking supplies.
· Safely package and dispose of laboratory waste, including hazardous materials, adhering to all safety regulations.
· Manage incoming shipments and maintain inventory records in a digital system.
· Perform any additional laboratory operational tasks as required.
Qualifications for the Laboratory Technician include:
· 0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 1-4 years of experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Familiarity with sterile and aseptic techniques is advantageous.
· Ability to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established protocols.
· Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma, Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
Compensation for the Laboratory Technician includes:
· Competitive hourly wage, approximately $20.00, based on experience.
