Property Maintenance Associate Role

The primary duties of the Property Maintenance Associate involve ensuring the property is well-kept to improve its aesthetic appeal and facilitate effective property management.

  • Regular Property Inspections: Conduct routine walks around the property to clear away litter and debris from key areas.
  • Trash Removal: Carry out daily responsibilities of removing discarded furniture and waste from vacated units.
  • Detailing and Cleaning: Engage in property detailing activities, including the cleaning of shrubbery and walkways.
  • Maintenance Support: Assist with various maintenance tasks, such as window repairs and addressing routine service requests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside the team to manage resident communications and fulfill safety-related responsibilities.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by supervisors to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
