Position Summary:

A reputable independent insurance agency is on the lookout for a Spanish-speaking sales representative to enhance their dedicated team. In this role, you will concentrate on promoting growth in the life insurance and living benefits markets. Your duties will encompass outreach through cold calling, networking, and fostering relationships to broaden the clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and engage in direct sales activities.
  • Complete required documentation and manage data entry.
  • Develop client relationships and promote additional insurance offerings.
  • Participate in local networking events and professional gatherings.
  • Forge new client connections and assist them in enrolling in suitable insurance plans.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales expertise with an emphasis on lead generation and closing deals.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficiency in computer applications, coupled with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with sales software, ideally Infusionsoft.
  • Possession of an active Life Producer License is mandatory.
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience within the insurance sector.
