Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician Lead to join our team at Revlon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechatronics technical training and/or two years or more experience in general industrial mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians in performing equipment installation, set up, and calibration
  • Diagnose and repair complex faults or malfunctions in equipment
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair
  • Train and mentor junior technicians

Requirements:

  • Meatronics Degree or related Certification
  • Five years or more experience in general Industrial Maintenance
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
  • Ability to read and understand electrical/electronic schematics and manuals

Salary Range:$70,000 - $90,000 per year
