Job Title: Sales Superstar / Project Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Superstar / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored fencing solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients, listen to their needs, and present them with the best fencing solutions.
  • Quotation & Follow-up: Provide detailed and accurate quotes and follow up to secure sales.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, products, and competitors.
  • Networking: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in construction or home improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
  • Motivation: Self-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Negotiation Prowess: Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Independence & Team Spirit: Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
