VSSI LLC Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team in Euless, TX.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by ensuring accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate stand-up forklifts and order pickers to move and store materials safely and efficiently.
  • Verify incoming shipments and place inventory on designated shelves.
  • Accurately pick products based on customer orders using our warehouse management system.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, utilizing Ship It Smarter or FedEx ship manager software.
  • Securely strap and wrap palletized shipments for transportation.
  • Load trailers with palletized freight, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
  • Handle small pack shipments by tendering them to UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and projects to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Identify and request necessary supplies to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience operating stand-up forklifts and order pickers.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required.
