Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Wilmington, NC. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patients' symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts.

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in Long Term Care Facility is required.
