We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and/or substance use needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to individuals with a range of mental health and substance use diagnoses
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and service delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, guardians, and community agencies to support individuals in achieving their goals
- Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field
- Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft 360
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with diverse stakeholders
- A competitive salary range of $52,000-$60,000 depending on experience
