- Stay up-to-date on all Boll & Branch products and services to provide expert recommendations to customers.
- Assist with designing a client's space through sleeping habits and style preferences, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Perform daily paperwork reconciliation and other operational tasks to maintain a smooth store environment.
- Protect store assets and inventory, adhering to all loss prevention procedures.
- Represent Boll & Branch values and operate with integrity at all times, embodying our commitment to fair and ethical treatment for all.
- Contribute to the operation of the store by following standard operating procedures and driving results.
- Perform in-home installations for clients, making additional recommendations to drive store sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring shared areas are regularly cleaned and well-stocked.
- Minimum one year of experience in a retail sales role (or comparable industry), with equivalent experience and transferable skills also considered.
- Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management techniques.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and ability to effectively engage with customers.
- Proficient with standard office and retail environment equipment, including phones, POS systems, and alarm systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of G-Suite (including Google Drive/Docs), as well as Word and Excel.
- Ability to stand for long periods, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb a ladder/step stool, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus, but not required.
